A lifelong entrepreneur, Rhyno Stinchfield has a proven track record of launching innovative products and leading high-performing international sales teams across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Before Pharos, he founded GreenWorld Partners to advance renewable energy initiatives and served as CEO of Montana Wind Resources, where he helped develop a $35M wind farm. His vision and leadership continue to drive Pharos forward as a brand rooted in purpose, innovation, and impact.
With over four decades of multidisciplinary experience, Mary Bernuth brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and heart to Pharos. Her career has spanned global brand launches, Hollywood film campaigns, and nonprofit leadership—where she guided mission-driven organizations in fundraising and storytelling. As a former executive coach and founder of Conscious Living Therapy, Mary’s deep insight into human behavior shapes Pharos’ thoughtful approach to business, brand, and community.
