Shipping, Refund & Replacement, and Returns
All orders placed with Pharos Brands International LLC (“Pharos”) are subject to the following Shipping, Refund & Replacement, and Returns Policies.
Shipping Policy
- Order Placement. Pharos will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
- Order Processing. Pharos processes orders within 1-3 business days of sending you your order confirmation email. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal holidays. Processing orders may take longer during busy seasons such as the holidays.
- Delivery Timeline. Once Pharos transfers your order to the carrier, Pharos will send you a notification that your order has shipped and a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to be available. The estimated arrival of your order depends on the shipping method selected and your location. You may track your order via the tracking number. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Pharos is not liable for any delays in shipments.
- Delivery Location. Pharos will ship products within the contiguous United States and Alaska. However, Pharos reserves the right without notice to not ship any products to a state or other political subdivision if the laws and rules of such jurisdiction prohibit the sale of Pharos products via e-commerce. Pharos will refund an order that has not been shipped because applicable law prohibits the sale.
- Title. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon Pharos transfer of the products to the carrier.
- Support. If you have not received your order within the estimated time, then please contact us at info@pharosbrands.com with your name and order number, and we will review your order to help identify the issue.
Refund & Replacement Policy
- Time to Reject the Products. Subject to this policy, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a refund or replacement.
- Reasons for Refund or Replacement. Pharos may refund or replace the Products if (a) the products you received are not what you ordered (non-conforming), (b) the products are damaged, defective, or expired, or (c) you received fewer products than you ordered.
- Limitations on Refund and Replacement. This Refund & Replacement Policy is your only remedy for damaged, non-conforming, defective, expired, or missing products. Unfortunately, Pharos cannot refund or replace any product that is purchased on sale or with a gift card.
- Review of Refund or Replacement Request. When you submit a refund or replacement request, please provide Pharos (a) your name, (b) your order number, and (c) if applicable, pictures of the damaged, defective, expired, or non-conforming products.
- Processing Refunds and Replacements. After reviewing the information you submit, and gathering additional information if necessary, Pharos will, in its sole discretion, either issue you a refund to the original payment method, or ship replacement products that conform to the original order to you. If Pharos issues a refund, then it is estimated to take 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed on the original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@pharosbrands.com. If Pharos replaces the products, then Pharos will send you tracking information when the replacement products are shipped to you.
- Limited Warranty. This Refund & Replacement Policy is a limited warranty provided by Pharos Brands International, LLC and is subject to additional terms in the https://pharosbrands.com/pages/terms-of-sale.
Return Policy
Pharos products are food items and therefore as a rule Pharos does not accept returns. Please properly dispose of any damaged, defective, or expired products promptly after Pharos accepts your refund or replacement request. If Pharos does require you to return a product pursuant to this policy, then Pharos will provide a return shipping label to you. Please package products for return in the original packaging, or packaging of equal or greater quality.
